The team re-signed unrestricted free agents T Chris Clark, P Shane Lechler and K Nick Novak and free agent S Eddie Pleasant. Houston made qualifying offers to restricted free agents CB A.J. Bouye and OLB John Simon. Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.
