HOUSTON – The Houston Texans have signed free agent RB Chris Polk, it was announced today. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Polk (5-11, 222), recorded 57 carries for 270 rushing yards (4.7 avg.) and seven touchdowns, as well as six receptions for 77 yards in 36 career regular season games played with the Philadelphia Eagles (2012-14). He also contributed with 13 kickoff returns for 348 yards (26.8 avg.), including a 102-yard touchdown return.
